Bill A. Berrett has recently joined Gallian Wilcox of counsel. Bill brings to the table 25 years of experience as a Deputy District Attorney and Chief Deputy District Attorney for Clark County District Attorney’s Office, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bil served on District Attorney Specialty Units of MVU (Major Violator Unit), SVU (Special Victim Unit – Sexual Assault), DUI (Traffic Unit), and Liason (Screening of cases to be approved for prosecution). Has tried more than 100 felony jury trials including property offenses, drugs, robberies, white collar crimes, sexual assaults, and murder. Has tried several hundred misdemeanor cases including DUI, minor traffic offenses, and domestic violence. Has appeared before the Nevada Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court on criminal appeals. Gallian Wilcox is happy to anounce that Bill is currently accepting clients faced with all aspects of criminal defense including felonies and misdemeanors.
